SVA International was tasked with the development of the Maitama City Centre Master Plan as a Cosmopolitan Living development on approximately 14Ha. It contains includes over 12 500 square meters of leasable office space, over 3 000 square meters of retail space, a 5-star 130-keys Hotel, a Country Club and 20 leisure club residences, and parking for 600 vehicles.
Its major components are the High Street, the Hotel, the Central Square, the Country Club and Country Club Residences and an Amusement Park. With its frontage onto Ibrahim Babangida Way, Maitama City Centre links effortlessly to the neighbourhood of Maitama. A safe, secure and pedestrian friendly precinct of Maitama City Centre, all facilities are easily accessed from ample and convenient parking.
