Master development planning and full design development for the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Yundum International Airport, Banjul, The Gambia. The project created several zones for different land use, including Residential, Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Showroom, and Retail. The project has undertaken the initial Phase 1 build out and is currently in an extensive marketing phase to initiate the further development and roll-out of the scheme in its entirety. The precinct seeks to create a major commercial district adjacent to the airport at Yundum
