Afrexim African Trade Centre

Type: Offices
Completion: Ongoing
Size: 30 000 m²
Client: Afreximbank

Three architectural design concepts were developed for the Afreximbank Africa Trade Centre (AATC) with the aim of creating an iconic, futuristic, modern trade centre and office complex that would become a landmark building in its context. One was then chosen by the client as the AATC Global Architectural Concept Design.

Seven AATC developments are envisaged in key cities across the African Continent. Each building would respond to its site-specific constraints and market feasibility but would be identifiable as an Afreximbank Africa Trade Centre as it would possess the same architectural characteristics as the ‘Global Concept Design’.
