The design focus for this conceptual project is an office tower rising from landscaped green undulations forming a large green open space in a cityscape, instead of an office tower on top of a podium.
The green landscape extends vertically up into the facade between the two towers to accentuate the simulation of a tower rising out of a natural landscape.
Set in the green undulations are three organic openings which form multi-functional entrances. Semi-private open spaces are separated from the park by changes in level. Strong visual linkages enhance the interaction between public and private users.
